NicheCast #4: podcast playlist for summertime sadness
5 podcasts to bid adieu to middle-of-the-year melancholy
Hi!
I know I have been absent for a while. No elaborate excuses here, just the truth: I’ve been in New York for the summer and it’s been a pretty all encompassing experience. Sadly, summer must come to an end.
Some will say that it’s my sun in Cancer that feels this summertime sadness. Sure, it’s the Cancer, and the fact that Lana Del Rey is basically the sound of my soul. (Sidebar: I even found this playlist for Cancer summertime sadness that is the perfect mix of wistfulness and hope). But, how can one not feel this sadness! The ending of summer, the changing of seasons, and the marked middle-of-the-year melancholy that make you take stock of how this year has been going so far.
If you didn’t feel it already you sure do now, eh? Luckily, I’ve got just the playlist to help you chase it away.
Warning: this playlist contains content that may leave you feeling open to adventure.
